.NET Developer - St. Louis, MO

Job Type: Contract

Rate: Negotiable

Description: This position is responsible for the architecture, development and maintenance of web trading and back end trading infrastructure applications.  Programs, tests and debugs all applications in appropriate QA environment, adhering to departmental standards, policies and procedures.  Performs all tasks and completes projects based upon an extensive knowledge of client computing environment.  Technical understanding of all hardware, server O/S and application connectivity between servers, the Internet and outside vendor is required.  Software knowledge base should include Windows 2000 Server, SQL 2000, HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET, VB, Visual C++, C# and TCP communication protocols.

Description: The Enterprise Application Management (EAM) Department has developed and maintains a communications network to link independent consumer goods distributors, suppliers and \client subsidiaries to the enterprise-wide network. It is designed around Internet principles and utilizes an extranet computing environment. The client continues to look at significantly enhancing the breadth and depth of data moved across the infrastructure from its customer base (wholesalers, suppliers, vendors and subsidiaries) through Web development initiatives. The successful candidate will be involved in working with many internal and external development groups, and independent software companies.

Java Developer II - St. Louis, MO

Job Type: Contract (6 months +)

Rate: Negotiable

Description: The Information Delivery team is responsible for developing and maintaining web applications within the client's Sales Information System application which supports the remote field sales organization, as well as, business-to-business (B2B) applications for our external customers on two specific websites. Most of the new development is in Java, although there is still some VB/ASP development on one of the websites. The person filling this position will be responsible for the development and support of JSP and Java Servlets for various web applications providing data entry and/or reporting functionality.

OMS Developer 2 - St. Louis, MO

Job Type: Contract (6 months +)

Description: This position is responsible for developing and maintaining clients Order Managment and Routing systems. This includes interaction with execution points for testing and trouble shooting, working with web development personnel on order handling issues, working with OMS system administrators and working IBSN on code modifications and upgrades. This position will also include interaction with the order room and trading desk to resolve order handling issues. Great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is required to this mission critical system.

Application Architect - Java and .NET - St. Louis, MO

Job Type: Contract (12 months +)

Rate: Negotiable

Description: This position will be part of the Web Practice group within the Enterprise Application Management Department. Some of the key responsibilities of this group are: • Establish and support enterprise application development best practices, standards, and guidelines for Microsoft and Object Oriented development. • Provide technical leadership to application development groups utilizing the Microsoft web development tools and an Object Oriented (OO) development approach. This includes analysis, design, and development consulting, and performing design and code reviews. • Code and maintain enterprise reusable components. • Evaluate current and future technologies for potential inclusion in client’s Microsoft application development architecture. • Provide expert advice and assistance in terms of technical troubleshooting and resolving significant issues to root cause. If necessary take the lead role in resolving an issue. • Evaluate current and future technologies for potential inclusion in client’s Microsoft and WebSphere Application Development Architecture.
