Due to significant growth in our business, MedSelect will be adding a qualified Client Implementation Specialist in the Western Region: California, Oregon, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and must live in one of these states. The corporate office is in Illinois and the right candidate will be required to train there and go for meetings but will work out of their home office.
Responsibilities:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of MedSelect's automated dispensing cabinet at client locations. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Coordinate and oversee the hardware installation, including server, dispensing station and administrator workstations.
· Coordinate system upgrades, imports and interfaces with the client and MedSelect support.
· Organize and coordinate all customer training.
· Responsible for client satisfaction during the implementation process.
· Provide weekly job reports, project logs and expense reports.
· This position requires approximately 70% travel to client sites.
Qualifications:
· BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in the healthcare environment.
· Strong management, presentation, planning and organization skills are required for this position.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects at simultaneously.
· Ability to work independently.
· Microsoft software applications knowledge.
· Hospital pharmacy experience, nursing and information systems experience is preferred.
· Prior pharmacy experience with automation is very desirable.
