Family Practice Physician - WI

A Board-certified/eligible family physician, who are interested in providing obstetric care.Ideally, the position will include doing C-sections but not required. A physician assistant, optometrist and certified registered nurse anesthetist are also on staff at Arcadia. Inpatient and outpatient services are currently part of the practice. The position includes sharing in the care of 70-75 nursing home patients/residents. Primary call is shared among the physicians and physician assistant, averaging every 4th night. A board certified/eligible dermatologist is needed. The practice includes a broad range of dermatologic pathology. An individual with procedural/surgical capabilities, including resections, laser surgery and experience in phototherapy, is desired. A current staff of 10 cardiologists allows for an attractive call schedule. The Cardiology department is based at a 350-bed facility. Anesthesiologist - WI

Two board certified/eligible anesthesiologists are needed to join a department of five anesthesiologists along with five CRNA’s at a multispecialty group/healthcare network. 200+ physicians and associate providers, serving a patient population base of 240,000. The Anesthesiology Department covers all surgeries except for heart cases. Through November 2003, an average of 465 surgeries were performed per month in 2003. Surgical specialties include general, vascular, thoracic, urology, orthopedics, obstetrics-gynecology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, neurosurgery and podiatry. New members of the department should be interested in a general Anesthesia practice. There is also the potential for working with one of our anesthesiologists in a limited pain management practice. The anesthesiologists are responsible for supervising the CRNA’s. The anesthesiologists take 24-hour in-house call, and this is shared equally among the anesthesiologists. This position also offers the opportunity to teach CRNA students in our accredited two-year program. Inquire about position.

Gastroenterologist - WI

A board certified/eligible gastroenterologist is needed to join four board certified gastroenterologists. The Medical Center has 250 beds, Emergency & Trauma Center with 24 hour ER physician staffing, 15-bed ICU/CCU, cardiac cath lab, Endoscopy Unit, Renal Dialysis Unit, Day Surgical Unit and Rehabilitation Unit. Radiology services include interventional, MRI, CT, ultrasound, angiography and radionucleotide scans. The clinic facility is connected to the hospital. Construction is underway for a 100,000 sq. ft. expansion. This will house new inpatient and outpatient OR suites and a new Cancer Center in the first phase. Inquire about position.

An already existing ENT position is available for a board certified/eligible otolaryngologist. A third ENT specialist will join and share call in a busy ENT practice.
