Bachelor of Science of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required. Six months hospital pharmacy experience preferred. New graduates are welcome.
Under direct supervision of Pharmacy Supervisors and Manager, reviews , interprets & processes medication orders. Enters into the computer system, fills required doses, prepares and/or directly supervises the preparation of IV admixtures, checks all work done by techs and clerks, compounds meds.Communicates w/ RNs & MDs re: meds orders/drug therapy.
