Must have recent 2 yrs. hospital Pharmacist acute care hospital work experience, BS or PharmD from accredited School of Pharmacy, and current TX license. NO NEW GRADS.Directs & coordinates the timely filling & delivering of drugs & IV solutions in the pharmacy; checks/fills new meds orders; mixes/checks IV Admixture per hospital standards; participates in planning, measure & access to improve quality of pt. Care. Checks/dispense/documents issuance of Controlled Drugs per laws & NARC station policy. Adhere to HCA Code of Conduct; Makes clinical rounds on ICU/CCU pts. per JCAHO.
