CPA/Tax Compliance - San Diego, CA

The CPA position will be heavily involved in tax compliance and some tax/estate planning.  The duties include preparing  corporate, LLC, partnership, estate and individual returns.  Experience with Lacerte tax software will be preferred.  Candidate must be a California CPA.  This position requires strong analytical and communication skills. Only candidates from public accounting will be considered.  At least 2-5 years public accounting experience is required.  Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience) Relocation: Negotiable

Accounting Project Manager - Long Beach, CA

This is an exciting, newly-created position that will report directly to the VP Finance/Controller.  The position will interface with all departments in the company and be in charge of special projects involving the redesign of the general ledger and product line systems/reporting.  Ideally, this candidate should have 3-5 years of accounting experience (CPA or public experience a plus) and also be IT/systems savvy.  Candidate does not need to be an IT guru, just know their way around accounting systems/servers or have been through a system conversion in the past.  The candidate should have a good accounting background, but be more oriented toward big picture projects & accomplishments.  Rate and relocation is negotiable.

Job opportunity for Senior Tax Analyst  to come and work with a variety of clients in  software, bio-tech and other industries in the local area.  Candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience, with 2 to 3 from Big Four.
