Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA with 2-5 yearsrecent audit experience. Ability to manage audit engagement through completion. Must be able to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, advanced degrees a plus, CPA with 5+ years of recent CPA firm experience, big 4 preferred, strong analytical and quantitative skills, knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, SOX 404, compliance auditing, SEC experience, must be able to manage multiple audits.
